The Stay & Retain Checklist

Do you have the systems and policies in place to support staff to choose to stay working in your business and living in the Shepparton region? Here is a checklist to find out:

  • Does your organisation have a process to ensure your line-managers regularly check-in an explore professional and personal levels if satisfaction with individual staff?
  • Does your organisation provide evidenced-informed training to your line managers regarding the importance for retention of taking a person-centred strengths-based approach to managing staff?
  • Does your organisation have a process for confidentially and safely addressing any business-related complaints/concerns and communicating management’s response back to staff?
  • Does your organisation have a process in place to ensure your line managers know about the CCP and how to refer any staff member who may need its settle or connect services?
