Identify systemic issues and support whole-of-community solutions

Some aspects of ‘personal’ satisfaction like suitable and available housing or schooling are outside your businesses’ locus of control but significantly impact attraction and retention of staff.

Such issues are best addressed as a community.

The CCP views these types of problems as systemic and that it is their responsibility to be sure they understand the problem and make sure key stakeholders are informed so collective action can be planned.
