The Settle & Connect Checklist

Do you have the systems and policies in place to support staff to settle and connect in your business and in the Shepparton region community? Here is a checklist to find out:

  • Does your organisation have, as part of boarding, a process to communicate the administrative information necessary to make the first day for a new staff member stress free?
  • Does your business have in place a cultural onboarding process to help new staff understand your business and meet key staff?
  • Does your organisation have a tailored induction process to help new staff get to know how to do their job?
  • Does your business have a process to routinely welcome new staff?
  • Does your organisation have a process to ensure any new staff who have relocated are introduced to/linked up with the CCP?
