- Does your business have in place a cultural onboarding process to help new staff understand your business and meet key staff?
- Does your organisation have a tailored induction process to help new staff get to know how to do their job?
- Does your business have a process to routinely welcome new staff?
- Does your organisation have a process to ensure any new staff who have relocated are introduced to/linked up with the CCP?
